Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Neo. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • 14-Day Refund Window: Monthly subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.
  • One Refund Per Account: The 14-day refund applies once per account for new subscriptions. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for refund after the 14-day window.

Annual Subscriptions

  • 30-Day Refund Window: Annual subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Prorated Refunds After 30 Days: After the 30-day window, annual subscribers may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of their subscription term, minus any applicable processing fees.

Refund Process

  • How to Request: Email us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund request.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Account Access: Upon refund approval, your subscription will be cancelled and access to premium features will end immediately.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Free Tier: The free plan has no charges, so no refunds apply.
  • Policy Violations: Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
  • Partial Month Usage: Monthly subscriptions are not prorated for partial months used prior to cancellation outside the refund window.
