• Agreement: By downloading, installing, or using Neo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Neo. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Use of Services

• Permitted Use: Neo is licensed for personal and professional use on devices you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software.
• Prohibited Activities: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Neo. You may not use Neo to engage in illegal activities or to harm others.
• Fair Use: Subscription plans are for individual users. Sharing accounts is not permitted. Commercial use beyond individual productivity is subject to our enterprise licensing.

Account Security

• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription & Payments

• Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Termination

• By You: You may stop using Neo at any time by uninstalling the application and canceling your subscription.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
